2026 Leadership Intersession Weekend is a dynamic, multi-day learning and worship experience hosted by the Leadership Institute at Allen Temple and Allen Temple Baptist Church, taking place January 22–25, 2026. The weekend begins with evening Zoom sessions on Thursday and Friday from 6:30–8:00/8:30 p.m., featuring timely conversations on social crisis preaching, ministry to the Deaf community, leadership wellness, and prophetic witness. The experience continues Saturday, January 24, from 10:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. with in-person leadership training and dialogue at the Allen Temple Baptist Church campus, followed by a LIAT Orientation from 3:15–4:00 p.m. via Zoom. The weekend concludes with Sunday worship at 9:30 a.m., featuring Dr. Charley Hames, Jr. as the Sunday Morning Preacher, offering a powerful close to a weekend of learning, reflection, and renewal.
